Meet The APT Staff

Peter Konopasky, MPT
Peter graduated with a masters in physical therapy from CSU, Northridge in 1989. He has been in private practice for the past 21 years, emphasizing the Scientific Therapeutic Exercise Progressions of the Ola Grimsby Institute and manual therapy such as neuromuscular re-education (Strain/Counter-Strain) of the Jones Institute, and Pain Reflex Release Techniques (PRRT).

Peter, Justin, and Paul

Justin Fesler, DPT
Justin received his bachelor of science in exercise physiology from CSU, Chico in 1998. In 2004, he received his doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Southern California. Justin has been a physical therapist at Advanced Physical Therapy for the past 3 years. During this time he has attended continuing education courses including: Strain Counterstrain I, II, III and IV, the Norwegian approach to Manual Therapy for the upper cervical region, the Norwegian approach to the lumbar spine, and two courses on Pain Reflex Release Technique (PRRT). In addition, Justin specializes in the fabrication of semi-soft foot orthoses (orthotics) for use in treating foot dysfunction and pain.

Keith Beebe, PT
Keith graduated from CSU, Long Beach physical therapy program in 1975. Since that time, he has been working in Orange County as a registered physical therapist with emphasis on sports injuries and rehabilitation. He has attended courses specializing core stabilization and swiss ball exercises and has been working for Advanced Physical Therapy since 2005.

Brian Graves, PTA
Brian received his B.A. from Alameda University and continued on to receive his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Uniform Services of Health Sciences in 1991. During this time he served 12 years in the Navy as a corpman EMT. Brian has worked in sports, orthopedic and inpatient neurological patient populations. Throughout his career, he has attended continuing education courses including: Strain/Counter-strain courses I and II and McKenzie ABC, and Active Release Technique (ART) and has been a valued employee at Advanced Physical Therapy since 2004.
