Advanced Physical Therapy of Laguna Hills :

Dear Owners- Peter and Paul:

Well, here comes another letter from an old woman! It isn’t a complaint, so don’t tear it up.  You might enjoy it.

After months of suffering from neck pain and severe headaches, Dr. Maziar Zamani referred me to your Laguna Hills office.  They were fully booked and referred me to your Acero office.  I’ve been attending the Acero office for 2 months, 3 times per week.  But his is not about me.

I am feeling like a new person, but that is due to the efforts of your Acero ( Mission Viejo office) staff.  I hope you realize what a great group of people you have there.  They are worth millions to your business.  From the moment I opened the front door, Erin and Grace always greeted me, and with a smile, and if they were busy or on the phone, a polite wave.  Such a nice impression when you enter a new strange place.

Then I met Carmen Tatlow, I just can’t say enough about her.  She is beautiful, from inside thru outside.  God gave her gifted hands that have taken away all my pain.  She never gave up on me, ever though it took 4 visits before she could move my muscles.  She worked and is still working very hard and it’s working.  My Dr. and I are very pleased.  I’m 81 years old, and was about ready to give up.  But I feel like a real person again.  Carmen has so much compassion and she is so sweet and kind to every patient.  I always get my sweet hug before I leave.

Cindy is a sweetie-pie, college student, who also gives a great massage.  She will really go places, as she has a great personality.

Justin doesn’t work on me, as Carmen does, but he always stops and asks how I am, and has that beautiful smile on his face.  Sean, is very pleasant.  He helps me with exercises and really keeps me working hard.  I may have missed one or two, as I don’t know their names, but they always wave and smile when they see me.

I just wanted you to know what a great group of employees you have at the Acero location.  I have never heard anyone talking about one another or talking about a patient.  You know us old folks can be a pain sometimes.  My 84 year old husband has 1wt stage dementia, so I’m stressed out at times, and it is so good for me to get out for awhile and everyone at Acero makes me feel so good.  I feel so good when I have to go home. I just feel like a new person and I love them all.  They all get along so well together, and act like they are family, and I feel like I am a part of the family.  I thank them all for their help and for taking such good care of me.

You are very lucky owners, to have such a great group.

Sincerely,  Peggy Brown
